At Tradewinds Carmel we designate a
portion of our accommodations as pet
friendly.
There is a $25.00 per pet,
per night fee for each dog. We do have
a 50 pound weight limit for pets and
they
must be over 6mos old. Below please
find some helpful guidelines:

Pet Guidelines
For the safety and comfort of all our
guests, we ask that you never leave your
pet unattended in the room
and that they
are on a leash when on the grounds of
the Tradewinds.
Guests are responsible for their well
behaved pet’s activities in and
outside of the room while at the Tradewinds.
We do offer complimentary pet pick ups
for your convenience.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture/bed
in the guestrooms. We do provide towels
for pets after a romp on the beach.

Guests must notify us upon booking a
reservation whether a pet will be joining
them so
the appropriate room can be prepared
for arrival.
All guests accompanied by their pets
will be sent a pet policy along with
their confirmation and
will be required
for signature upon check-in.
We have listed a few of the local pet
friendly restaurants, and retail shops
that might be of interest to you during
your stay.
Carmel
Beach is a dog friendly spot to take
your best friend! Just eight blocks
down from the Tradewinds! It’s
beautiful white sand beaches are
a fun place to frolic with your pet.
Tradewinds does have beach towels
available and we have a place where
you can rinse off your dog in our
upper parking lot when you return
from the beach.
